We’re starting off this month’s Symposium theme of Speed with an absolutely lovely story from the fantastic Samantha Mozart. Fittingly enough it zips along at quite a clip and is the perfect companion to a lunch break or commute (assuming you catch a train/bus and don’t get absorbed in this piece while behind the wheel!)
Already I would say that Samantha has put a real marker down for the rest of the STSC gang, which they will have to step up to equal. Which of course is what we love to see.
Enjoy.

This story is presented for the Soaring Twenties Social Club (STSC) Symposium. The STSC is a small, exclusive online speakeasy where a dauntless band of raconteurs, writers, artists, philosophers, flaneurs, musicians, idlers, and bohemians share ideas and companionship. Each month STSC members create something around a set theme. This cycle, the theme was “Speed.”
