Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients:

2 cups cubed seedless watermelon

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt

4 to 6 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Watermelon Yogurt Mint Smoothie

A Refreshing, Drinkable Breakfast or Anytime Pick-me-up

Ingredients

2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves or to taste
1 cup lemon yogurt
1 dash cinnamon

Instructions

Puree the watermelon, honey and mint quickly — do not over blend. Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.

Servings

Serves 1 or 2
