Mango Salsa

Here’s my recipe for blow-your-socks-off mango salsa:

4 Plum tomatoes

2 Jalapeno peppers

A few slices of mango

Garlic (powdered, or  a clove or two of fresh, minced)

Diced onion

Lemon juice

Put in blender at setting you desire for chunky or pureed.  Seal in Mason jar and refrigerate. (You could try eating it, too.)  🙂
