Basic Green Salad

Basic Green Salad

Romaine lettuce broken into bite-sized pieces, or mixed spring greens

Sliced cucumber

Large sweet or red onion, sliced in rings

Juice of fresh lemon

Olive oil

Place lettuce, cucumber and onion in salad bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salad. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, pour olive oil over salad and toss.
